This organization is coming under the Department of Co-operation. This is a semi government structured organization managed by The Director Board chaired by the President and consists 11 board members. The existing director board has been elected on 29/11/2014 and took charge on 03/12/2014. And there is strong employee strength lead by The Secretary. The Single Concurrent Auditor of Co-operative Societies deputed from the Department of Co-operation is also working in this bank. As on 30-06-2019, there are 15 permanent employees working in this bank and 3 in Neethi Medical Store.
A new branch with Core Banking Facility is going to be inaugurated at Mandiram- Palachuvade, Ranni.
